Clients can submit tender documents by email or drop box, outline requirements and anticipated return date

Fixed Fee Proposal

One of our experienced estimators will look over the the tender information, then provide the fee proposal along with turnaround time and delivery date.

Supply chain

We request clients supply chain details for both suppliers and subcontractors.

Tender

Once instructed,  our team get straight to work, providing a full detailed labor and materials takeoff. Information will be presented inline with the tender summary format provided.

Documents

We issue a fully detailed pricing document including project specific clarifications.

Delivery

If required we have a teams settlement meeting with the client. Going through each section of the project and discussing the cost build up.
